Kristine Abuel, 14, has been missing since Dec. 10

PRINCE GEORGE – Two months after being reported missing, the search for a Prince George teenager remains active, local investigators confirmed last week.

In a renewed push for leads, Prince George Police have asked anyone who may have information that can aid in their search for 14-year-old Kristine Abuel to contact the department as they continue to investigate the teenager’s disappearance.

Abuel was reported missing by her family on December 10 of last year, a day after she was last seen by her family at the Pine Ridge mobile home park along Prince George Drive.

The teen, who is described as an Asian female, standing approximately 4’11” tall, and weighing roughly 90 pounds, with brown eyes, and black hair, has not been seen since.

In January, Prince George Police Public Information Officer Alexis Grochmal said investigators were “looking into possible leads,” but they did not have any additional updates to share.

The same remained true last week as Grochmal said there was no new information to share in their search while continuing to encourage the community to submit any tips that might provide key information that will help bring Abuel home.

Anyone with information relating to Abuel’s disappearance is urged to call Prince George Police at (804)-733-2733 or on the P3 tips app.
