Robin Clampitt Shell, a retired employee of the Prince George General District Court system at 64, passed away Monday, June 8 following a courageous five year battle with cancer. Mrs. Shell worked for the Prince George court system for nearly 22 years. Her obituary states that she, “lived a life of faith, love, and exuberance. She enjoyed fellowship with friends and family, being outdoors, working in her garden and planting her flowers.” Mrs. Shell was also a long-time member of the Living Stone Baptist Church in Dinwiddie County.
A graveside service will be held Friday, June 12 at 1:00p.m. in Southlawn Memorial Park, 1911 Birdsong Road, S. Prince George, VA 23805. Her remains will rest between the hours of 10a.m. and 4 p.m. on Thursday, June 11th at the Colonial Heights Chapel of the E. Alvin Small Funeral Homes & Crematory, 2033 Boulevard, Colonial Heights, VA. 23834.
