PRINCE GEORGE – The holiday season is in full swing in Prince George County and, following the county’s successful Christmas parade, the Prince George County Department of Parks and Recreation announced the winners of the annual event.
With so many wonderful entrants, this year’s parade judges, Floyd Brown, Sr., Betsy Drewry, and Teresa Knott, had their hands full choosing winners, with one of the categories ending in a tie!
Best Decorated – Fort Lee Credit Union
Best Decorated Public Service Vehicle – Carson Fire Department
Most Spirited/Themed – PG Flag Green Football Team
Judges Choice – Gotta Dance
Best Overall Entry – Oakland Baptist
Best in Show (2 way tie) – PG High School Marching Royals and PG High School Dance Team
Most Entertaining – VA Tae Kwon Do
Most Adorable – Prince George Christian Preschool
All of this year’s winners will be recognized during the Prince George County Board of Supervisors’ regular meeting on January 8.
